We loved this place, everything was good. Immensely pleasant staff team and tasty breakfast. Bed was big and the room was stocked. Clean hotel with a central location opposite train station. We had early meal in Hoole Fish Bar, based nearby.

Stayed here before, really enjoyed location and service. Comfy beds, WiFi, terrace and free tea were a nice touch. Lots of places to visit, such as restaurants and bars close to the hotel. Coffee bar and excellent pool. Decent value for money in a cute area.

Surprising hotel, enthusiastic staff, free wi-fi. The location was beautiful, relatively near Grosvenor Park. Reasonably spacious & fairly quiet room with a sparkling clean bathroom. The facilities were new and easy to use.

Particularly nice breakfast with plenty of options, nice budget and tidy place. Bright room with perfect bed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and check-in was friendly. Exceptional value, you're getting courteous service.
